RO DBT Skills Classes (90-minute session) $50-225
There are limited time-slots for those who need reduced rates. Please understand that sliding scale is limited & based on practitioner availability.

Payment is due at the time of service.
Please note there is a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. Payment is requested for sessions cancelled in less than this window of time.
Roots Art Therapy, P.C. is not in-network with any insurance companies. As out-of-network clinicians, we provide monthly superbills, paperwork necessary to submit for insurance reimbursement. Here are some questions to ask your insurance provider before your first session:
Does my plan have out-of-network benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If yes, how much is it? Have I met any portion of my deductible with other medical expenses this year?
What percentage of the psychotherapy (CPT 90791, 90837, 90834 for individual sessions; 90853 for group-work) fee will be reimbursed?
